Refund policy

You have 14 days to return an order after receiving it.
If you change your mind, or the product you received does not meet your expectations, please contact us before returning the item to us . Return costs are your responsibility.
Instructions for Returning Goods:If you wish to return an item, send us an e-mail quoting your name and order number and specifying which items are concerned. Attach to the package a note indicating if you wish to be reimbursed, if you wish an exchange or a credit note and of course your contact details. You are responsible for any possible damage suffered by the article during the return. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you return the products properly packaged, undamaged and in the original box and packaging. Please provide us with a tracking number for the return package. If an item is being shipped from overseas, make sure it is marked"RETURNED GOODS"to avoid customs charges.
We cannot be held responsible for any customs charges applied to the package. Unless otherwise agreed, refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Once your return has been received and thoroughly inspected , we will email you to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or declined. 9Avril is the decision maker to decide if the products are in their original state when they are returned to 9Avril.
We reserve the right to refuse your request if the jewelry has been worn, scratched, stained or corroded by makeup or perfumes or shows signs of use. Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.
9Avril reserves the right to refuse exchange requests. Please do not send any jewelry back to us prior to prior approval by email. 9Avril will not be responsible for returned goods, lost returns, and cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays. In the event of non-delivery or loss of the return package by the Customer's Courier, it is the Customer's responsibility to claim compensation from the chosen Courier. Items are strictly exchangeable once and within the limits of available stocks. The products must be returned intact in their original state and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.), unopened, with the security sticker intact (for those who wear one) allowing them to be put back on the market after new condition and thus reduce loss and waste. 9Avril will not be liable in the event of loss, sending to the wrong address or delay in delivery of a product that you wish to return to the 9Avril site, insofar as the risks of the transport that you choose and that you initiate rest on you alone.
Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal:The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the supply of goods that have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery.
COVID19:For obvious hygienic reasons (precautionary principle and risks related to Covid19), intra jewelry (piercings, earrings) as well as jewelry in close contact with the skin (rings) cannot be returned. . So you have the guarantee that the jewels sold by 9Avril are sold in optimal hygienic conditions.
If the product or packaging is worn or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct any loss in value when refunding the product. We remind you that:The right of withdrawal has exceptions. It is, for example, excluded for the"supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized"(article L. 221-28 of the consumer code).
